New Flooring For Sports Club
We’ve recently completed fitting flooring for a local sports club, Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Club.
We’re very familiar with Preston Grasshoppers Rugby club as our Contracts Manager Eddy Brown plays in their “veterans team”! We’ve been associated with the club for many years and sponsor some of their flagship events such as Hopfest (the club’s annual gin and beer festival) and their upcoming Ladies Day event on 4thApril.
We were commissioned to fit out their main entrance area including numerous corridors. This we no easy feat as we had to avoid match days as well as the huge variety of events and functions the club runs during the day and in the evenings, 7 days a week! Not to mention the Wainwright Bar which is open to the public every evening too!
The flooring we selected had to be extremely hard wearing as the throughput of players, members, staff and visitors accounts for thousands of people every month.
We opted for Burmatex 4400 which is a thick-ribbed fibre bonded sheet carpet offering a hardwearing finish with a blend of solution dyed fibres ideally suit venues like Preston Grasshoppers.
