Alternative Flooring First For Gainsborough Flooring

We’re very proud to be the first company in the UK to order a new style carpet from award-winning lifestyle brand, Alternative Flooring. 

Alternative Flooring brings high-quality, design-led textures, pattern and colour to carpet, rugs and runners. It has collaborated with some of the best designers to create original patterned carpets, including Ashley Hicks, Margo Selby, Ben Pentreath and Ella Doran.

Recently Alternative Flooring launched its Quirky B Ribbon Magenta carpet, a bold yet playful carpet adding pattern and colour to any interior.

Designed by Margo Selby, the patterned carpet is inspired by a collection of deflected double-weave cloths that have been hand-woven in Margo’s studio. The uniformed design in her patterns reflect the structured nature of weaving making it an ideal choice for a geometric rug or carpet. 

One of our customers selected this particular carpet for their lounge because of its unique and striking pattern, and it really does look spectacular!
