Customers are welcomed into the showrooms and offered advice on any type of flooring. Those just wishing to browse are also made most welcome; offering customers a coffee and a biscuit is one of the many ways of ensuring they are at ease whilst shopping at Gainsborough.

Customers are encouraged to take samples into their own home, as lighting can often be different, in order to give them the best opportunity to make the correct choice of both colour and design. Any customers unable to carry samples may have them delivered free of charge. A measuring and estimation service is free to all customers; fully trained and highly experienced estimators will advise on all aspects of design, colour and best fitting practices.

Once an order is placed, a speedy delivery and installation schedule is agreed; fitting teams are all highly experienced and have worked for Gainsborough for many years.
