Karndean is a luxury, vinyl, design floor which emulates the beauty of natural flooring. It is virtually indistinguishable from natural materials, offering significant advantages in terms of design, warmth, maintenance and durability.

 

Gainsborough has recently installed one of the largest ‘Exclusive Design Showrooms’ in the country. The Karndean floor occupies over 150m2, displaying the very best of the Karndean ranges, including two ranges exclusive to the ‘Design Showroom’.

The highlight is the interactive ‘Design Table’, where customers can ‘fit’ their own design floor and adapt it as many times as they wish. Once they feel they have settled on a design or two, they are printed using Gainsborough’s floor style programme.

 

Trained estimators will visit customer’s homes to survey the floor and help clients settle on their design ideas. On receipt of the order, a speedy installation, using only teams of fitters who are trained to lay Karndean, is arranged. Many customers, having had one Karndean floor fitted, visit several times more to cover further areas of their homes.
